All uniforms are worn with the right side tucked in and the left (heart) side) out regardless of your sex.

Wash your uniform in regular wash warm water is fine.  Do not wash the belt, myth has it that your knowledge resides in your belt, so don't wash away what you have learned. Do not use bleach!
